ETC.: Mara is a bubbly, sassy young woman. She tries everything to get people to like her and to make others happy. Over the years she has become quite accustomed to being a mans eye candy. Letting herself be walked over by men, "women should be seen and not heard" was what her father used to say. Unfortunitly, not many women appreciate her since she can dress like a little revealing at times but thats just because she tries the wrong way to get a mans attention. Not many people give her a chance, they just judge her by her appearance. She tries her hardest to make friends with the people who judge her but most of the time she just doesn't see it. Too blinded by her "blondness." Maybe someday they'll see that shes just a diamond in the rough.

HISTORY: Mara was born in Rio de Janerio, Brazil. Unfortunitly, her birth was her mothers death. Her mother died during childbirth due to complications. The death completely changed her father, least thats what she had been told. With her father being a professional bull rider Mara grew up on the road, traveling around Brazil as well as the United States. Since she never stayed in place for longer than a few months her father hired a tutor as she was home schooled. Throught her traveling the only good thing her father taught her was how to ride horses. Eventually he had bought her one, the mare would travel around with them. Mara would compete at shows that were run near her fathers competitions, making a name for herself in western pleasure as well as reining. Guilherme blamed his daughter for her mothers death and always treated her differently.
At 18 she began getting interested in guys, obviously. On the down side she has looked for a strong, mature man to be hers. Sort of like a father role, since her father has never really asked like one. Most of the men who she's been with just look at her as a "piece of meat" so she accepts that as being normal which of course it isn't. At 19 she placed in the top 20 in the 2008 AQHA Amature Reining Competition but the following year she won the AQHA Western Pleasure Competition. With the prize money she bought herself two horses and moved here to Cedar Creek, trying to get a fresh start away from being in her fathers shadow. The only good thing about him is that once she moved away from him he had started sending her large checks. The first one came with a letter, he said that they are his way of paying her back for not ever being the father she needed. Mara hopes to get married young to get to know what a real family feels like. Maybe she can get used to how a real man should treat a woman.
