SHOW NAME Just My Luck
BARN NAME Lucky
HEIGHT 15hh
BREED American Quarter Horse
GENDER Mare
COLOR Palomino
AGE 11
PERSONALITY On the cross ties she is very fiesty. She will nibble at you every chance she gets, granted she'll just use her lips but its still obnoxious at times. Attention must be on her at all times, least thats what she thinks. Undersaddle she is an impecable mover and is highly intellegent. This mare puts her heart and soul into everything that she does, not once will she ever try to throw you. Lucky knows what her job is and how to do it. She isn't a push button ride, she makes you work hard to get what she knows you want, if you have her shoulders bent correctly she'll wiggle her hind out for instance.
HISTORY Lucky was born on Mia's family farm. This was where the partnership began, the pair has been working together since. The mare had been bred by her father. Originally she was just like most of his other horses that are bred, trained, sometimes shown a little bit then sold but Lucky is different. From the start she has been a silly mare and Mia's attention really caught on to her. Under Lucky's belt she has won many novice and amateur reining competitions. She was even placed in the top 5 in the AQHA Team Wrangler Team event when she was 10. This helped get her name out there, both Mia and Lucky. Mia recieves breeding offers for Lucky, people wanting to be co-owners of the foal but Mia intends on breeding her to something that she wants to invest her own time in.

SHOW NAME Sky's The Limit
BARN NAME Sky
HEIGHT 17.2hh
BREED Holsteiner
GENDER Mare
COLOR Liver Chestnut
AGE 9 years old
PERSONALITY Sky is very gentle on the ground. She likes her head to be held, some could say she acts like a lapdog. Undersaddle on the flat she moves very airy, as if her legs are on springs. Only on the flat does she require light contact through the reins and your leg, jumpig is a different story. She needs to be ridden in a pelham on a figure 8 bridle, and spirs are required. Sky gets very forward and eager to do her job that has been in her bloodlines for countless generations.
HISTORY Sky was born at Mia's family farm, on her mothers side of the facilities. Sky was the first horse that her parents let choose the broodmare and stud. Mia trained Sky from the beginning, just like sky's parents she has the natural desire to jump. Sky first started showing at 6 years, doing 3ft jumpers. Over the past three years she has gone through the ranks to USEF's Level 7 Fences 4’3” to 4’6". Mia hopes to enter her in a grand prix once she gets a little more money since she's trying to make it on her own she doesn't want to have to go running to mommy and daddy asking for money. Mia also intends on breeding the mare once she's 15 so that it'll be after Sky's successful show record and then she can retire after a few foals.
